Busy, Busy

As usual, I'm behind again! I don't know why time is flying so fast, but it is. I feel like I've spent the last 6 weeks in the car, running kids places. Ryan took a community ed. drum class. I know, sounds scary, but the practice drum is "fairly" quiet. He really enjoyed the class and hopes to take drums next year in Jr. High. That's right, sixth grade will go to Jr. High School next year, crazy! Ryan has also been busy each Sat. with Scout Merit Badge Fairs.
Sierra got a lead in the musical, AIDA. She is Amneris. She has been staying after school for practice for the last six weeks and also Saturdays. Although she has her permit, she must have an adult in the car, so I'm elected to drive with her. Her practices run later and later, then she comes home and does 2hrs of homework and drops to bed. She just got her report card and still managed to get a 4.2GPA. Pretty impressive! I told her I thought this was all a" Diobolical Plan" to get out of doing any housework! She's so exhausted, I feel guilty asking her to do anything.
Tina, Ryan, and I went and saw her play Thursday night, WOW!, she was amazing. I wish you could all see it. I think they're going to sell DVD's, so hopefully you can see it at reunion. I'll try to get a short clip on later this week.
The kids have their Spring Break next week. Ryan and I are going to Nevada for a week. We're excited to see everyone there! Sierra will stay with Tina and try to line up a summer job.
